Staff Council

Our staff council does not just represent you once you start working at HAWK but it is also available to support you during the application process. The Council primarily assists with employment law, collective bargaining agreements, and social matters, such as recruitment, job classification and pay, working hours, workplace design and health and occupational safety.

The Disability Representative (Schwerbehindertenvertretung) of HAWK is the elected body representing employees with severe disabilities and those with equivalent status. The Representative is responsible for all employees with disabilities at HAWK.
